When most people think of palm trees, they think of tall trees towering overhead. But palms can be small too. Rhapis excelsa, commonly known as the Lady Palm only grows to a maximum height of 10 feet and only has a 1-inch diameter trunk. The Lady Palm is originally from southern China.
